Cancellation Policy

At Metro City Hotel, we understand that travel plans may change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which reservations may be canceled or refunded to ensure clarity and fairness for all guests.

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made within this free cancellation period will not incur any fees.

For late cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in, the hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of one night’s stay as a cancellation penalty.

In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior cancellation), the full booking amount will be charged to the guest, as the reserved room remains unavailable to other guests.

Prepaid and non-refundable bookings are not eligible for cancellation or refund under any circumstances. Guests are advised to carefully review booking conditions before confirming such reservations.

Approved refunds, when applicable, are processed using the original payment method. Refund processing time depends on the guest’s bank or payment provider and usually takes 10 to 21 business days to appear in the account.

Metro City Hotel reserves the right to apply this policy consistently to all bookings made directly or through third-party platforms. For any questions regarding cancellations or refunds, guests are encouraged to contact the hotel directly.
